Position Description
Position will perform manual tasks of receiving, inspecting (auditing), shipping of Loaner Kits, as well as maintaining general housekeeping of the Loaner Processing department.
Position Responsibilities
Loaner Outbound - Accurately configure, audit and ship Loaner delivery kits (Replenishment and shipping of kits). Must be able to process replacement orders.
Loaner Inbound: (Audit, QA, Remove Excess)
Processor must check TO’s for accuracy
Proces! s must be able to take pictures of TO’s in surgical kits
Autoclave â€"Unload, receive and autoclave incoming shipments. This includes the operation of the autoclave and related equipment.
Use the inventory control system to receive, relieve and manage Loaner product inventory
Utilize employee skills on a regular basis to support Distribution workload. (Flexibility to work a rotation schedule will be required to support daily mission.)
Maintain overall cleanliness of the department and all of its related functions. This will include (but not limited to) cleaning dock areas and workstations and ensuring all materials and equipment are stored properly on a daily basis.
Communicate with Group Leaders and Supervisors on a daily basis with occasional contact with Customer Service and Senior Operations Management.
Complete inspections / audits in an aggressive manner consistent with department, facility or corporate goals and objectives.
Support al! l company goals and objectives, policies and procedures.
Upon completion of training and testing, employee will have ability to perform all above responsibilities with nominal supervision.
Consistently meet or exceed department goals for efficiency, quality and attendance.
Basic Qualifications
Education Required
High School Diploma
Years of Experience Required
1 year of experience in a high volume distribution warehouse or manufacturing operation
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
SAP knowledge
Ability to multi-task and cross train within the department
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on meeting customer needs and expectations
High degree of initiative and self-motivation
Problem Solver
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multipl! e tasks while adhering to specified deadlines
Strong data entry ski! lls
Good basic math skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to learn and retain information on part numbers, lot numbers and inventory control practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
