YOUR IMPACT
As our Business Manager, your expertise will be pivotal in steering our financial landscape through a multitude of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Masterfully managing cash flow, revenue, and overhead projections and analysis
Cultivating transparent financial communication with clients, vendors, and professional service providers
Overseeing our bookkeeper and serving as the primary liaison for HR, Benefits, and Payroll
Collaborating with external accountants, legal counsel, and insurance professionals to ensure our firm's financial health
Streamlining monthly invoicing and sales tax processing
Nurturing prospective client relationships and driving the financial success of House of Gardenia
YOUR EXPERTISE
The ideal candidate will possess:
A minimum of five years' experience in the interior design/architectural industry
A strong foundation in accounting and/or bookkeeping
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in computer applications
An unwavering ability to work independently and maintain the utmost accuracy
Adeptness in navigating a fast-paced environment, coupled with strong organizational and multitasking skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, and a team-player attitude with a solid work ethic
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Studio Designer, and Microsoft Office is highly preferred
