We are currently seeking a Sales and Service Representative to support our Empi and CMF product lines in our Nashville market.
The Sales and Service Representative will work with Territory Managers, PCS Representatives, and Doctor’s offices to facilitate efficient insurance authorizations and placements for DJO’s products. In addition to these service responsibilities, the position may also be responsible for directly managing select accounts as assigned by the Regional Director.
DJO Global is headquartered in San Diego, CA (Vista). The Company's products address the continuum of patient care from injury prevention to rehabilitation after surgery, injury or from degenerative disease, enabling people to regain or maintain their natural motion. Its products are used by orthopedic specialists, spine surgeons, primary care physicians, pain management specialists, physical therap! ists, podiatrists, chiropractors, athletic trainers and other ! healthcare professionals. In addition, many of the Company's medical devices and related accessories are used by athletes and patients for injury prevention and at-home physical therapy treatment.
Our product lines include rigid and soft orthopedic bracing, hot and cold therapy, bone growth stimulators, vascular therapy systems and compression garments, electrical stimulators used for pain management and physical therapy products. Our surgical division offers a comprehensive suite of reconstructive joint products for the hip, knee and shoulder. Our products are marketed under a portfolio of brands including Aircast®, Chattanooga, CMF™, Compex®, DonJoy®, Empi®, ProCare® and DJO® Surgical.
Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales related area
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must have excellent communication and follow throug! h skills
- Strong customer service orientation required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be comfortable in clinic environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Basic demonstrated knowledge or experience with the application of medical devices and/or completion of a AA degree in a Healthcare related sciences
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships (with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas would be beneficial)
- ATC Certification a plus
