- Conduct thorough analytics and breakdown of budgets for accurate estimating and future planning.
- Create detailed material lists for construction projects to facilitate procurement and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with small business classes to generate innovative ideas for growth and development.
- Manage and track all Certificate of Insurance (COI) and W9 processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain professional email signatures for the team.
- Create comprehensive workbooks for home estimating and material management, enhancing project accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for each construction phase, ensuring effective communication.
- Efficiently manage and update databases to ensure accurate project tracking and reporting.

- Develop real budgets from bank budget projections, aligning financial planning with project needs.
- Lead the transition to a new company email and implement new branding strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to establish a strong online presence and effectively market services.
- Coordinate neighborhood marketing efforts to generate local business opportunities.
- Organize and maintain inventory lists, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Explore and implement senior discount strategies to secure larger projects.
- Develop contracts for clients, subcontractors, and in-house personnel, ensuring legal compliance.
- Provide support for internal organization and administrative tasks as needed.
