JOB DESCRIPTION
Select’s Well Testing Operator is responsible for monitoring and reporting on production and other pertinent well information and provides maintenance on production equipment. Under general supervision, this position prepares, maintains, and submits daily reports and records of daily gas and/or liquid volume, well pressure and volume of chemicals used, etc. Ensure quality control and safe operations during all aspects of the operation.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Pressure Testing (Wellheads, Flow Lines, BOP’s, Etc.).
- Hydraulic Torque Wrenching (All applications – Production & Completions).
- Rentals Work (Servicing, Rig Up/Down, Equipment Maintenance, Etc.).
- Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities.
- Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.
- Tend to pumps, compressors, and generators to provide power for tools, machinery, and equipment, or to heat and move materials.
- Lubricate machinery, equipment, or parts.
- Position, align, or level machines, equipment, or structures.
- Clean tools, equipment, machinery & work areas.
- Operate hand and power tools.
- Operate power construction equipment, hoist or winch.

- One year of experience and/or equivalent training.
