Job Description
1Heart Caregiver Services is seeking a Franchise Relations Coordinator to join our team in Tarzana, CA. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who meets the following requirements:
- Minimum 3-5years’ experience in related field required.
- Brand and/or Franchise management experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in business/marketing strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and presentation software programs required.
- Effective and proven management and interpersonal skills are critical.
- Must have sound understanding of strategy development, marketing principles and brand management.
- Must have effective communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital platforms and media marketing tools.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and remotely (e.g., telepresence, video conference, etc.)
- Must possess a high level of intellectual curiosity that sparks communication, collaboration, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
With the goal of ensuring continued successful operations of our franchisees, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individuals to join our growing company. To achieve this, the Franchise Relations Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Maintaining excellent business relationship with new and existing franchisees.
- Assist in the implementation and execution of franchise growth and strategy support programs with the franchise group
- Work with the Franchise Development and Marketing departments in marketing and advertising initiatives
- Organize webinars and other activities to promote brand awareness and the 1Heart Franchise offering to the public.
- Maintain contract documentation and all documents throughout the life-cycle of the franchise relationship, as well as routine change management activities such as amendments, consolidations, and renewal agreements.
- The Franchise Relations Coordinator must possess the ability to work with Franchisees, Franchise Support Managers, and the Executive Team to effectively execute responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
