Service Desk Coordinator [Ireland]


 

Our client is a very well established Security Engineering firm, delivering high end Electronic Security Systems for customers in the Residential and Commercial sectors throughout Dublin and the wider Leinster region.

As the firm continue to grow their pipeline of projects, they now have an opening for a Service Desk Coordinator to join the team.

The Role

  • Scheduling Engineers call outs/jobs and Handle incoming calls,
  • Providing support to customers and escalating technical queries/issues to the Engineering Team.
  • Completing daily call planner for all engineers.
  • Liaising with field operations to ensure correct capacity distribution throughout departments and resources.
  • Liaising with customers to order and track parts, ensuring they are kept up-to-date with the progress of their job.

The Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar service desk / coordination role, ideally in a relevant industry.
  • Experience organising and scheduling Services / Engineers / Maintenance in a busy workplace.
  • Hard working, organised and confident, you will be able to work under pressure and ensure the smooth running of services.

Salary: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
