We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, such as coordinating meetings, managing databases, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Organize the schedule
- Receive receipts, invoices and checks and enter into quickbooks
- Enter new customers and subcontractors in quickbooks
- Provide support to operations staff.
- Manage data entry and filing systems.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities.
- Must be good on the phone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
