Call Center Representative [United States]


 

This position is following up on warm leads that have contacted us in writing expressing interest in our Face & Body Sculpting procedures, as well as an array of other procedures. Your mission is to schedule in clinic consultations for these leads, which result in sales. You are compensated each time this occurs. You will be taught very simple answer to limited number of questions if necessary to help set consultation.

It can be a combination of onsite and remote. You will have access to our database for leads and lead management.

A call center or past experience making a large number of calls each day is an ideal background.

We are a marketing machine constantly generating new leads.

Customer Care Specialists to help nurture and follow up on new and old leads in a professional and timely manner.

Our leads and patients are our number one priority and we expect this person to deliver the highest quality service. We have a formal lead protocol and this job requires someone who can stay focused and call, text, and send emails leads. This job requires an outgoing personality and a love for talking to others. You would be directly responsible for building relationships with our clientele over the phone as well as scheduling consultations for services we provide.

  • Following our lead protocol and following up on all your tasks daily
  • Provide information about our services to potential clients
  • Appointment scheduling and confirmations
  • Talking on the phones professionally and converting phone calls into appointments
  • Outgoing and reliable

Must Haves:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Must be available or flexible predetermined shifts.
  • Conversationalist / Quick Wit

Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer

  • Retail or industry experience, a plus
  • Web-based scheduling, a plus
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions (written and verbal) is essential
  • Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to remain confident and calm during stress

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
