Job Responsibilities
Compile sales-related summary report and maintain sales figure updated in system
Maintain and Monitor client contract update & valid in system
Prepare quotations, business plan & proposals & Solutions for assigned clients
Support the sales team the daily sales activities and quarterly CRM program
Administrative and handle day to day sales-related tasks
Plan & Assist in creating Social Media Ad to promote our products / events
Support Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirements
Degree holder or equivalent
1-2 years of Sales support function in contract logistics /transport/freight forwarding /logistics /supply chain solutions industry
Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English
Strong multi-tasking skills, able to work under pressure
Problem solving and Team player
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
Basics skills in Photoshop & Video Editing (Not a Must)
