Responsibilities:
Provide a coordination and administrative service for sales team
Support on all kind of sales activities
Follow up on clients’ contact, answering enquiries in a timely manner
Participate in various ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Undergraduate students in any disciplines
Self-motivated, well-organized, good communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel function and Chinese Word Processing
Internship period: June - Sept 2023 (available in Sept is a plus)
Remuneration: Basic Salary $10,000 plus Attendance Allowance $1,000 per month
