An international company specialized in Transport and Logistics and located in Hamburg is looking for an IT Purchasing Specialist who will specialize in the procurement of new software. Relocation to Hamburg is supported and English speakers are welcome.
Tasks
- 5 years in a similar position including IT procurement
- ideally some team leading experience
- very godo knowledge of project management processes in purchasing
- in terms of personality: strategic and analytic thinking in combination with very good communication, negotiation and decision making skills
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), any SAP/ERP or e-Sourcing-Tools user experience
- be the Leader of Software category procurement and prospectively a team leader
- develop and optimize the procurement strategy in the software field
- plan and manage purchasing projects internationally
- work on cost analysis, budget planning, contract negotiation, and roll outs
- continue to build and manage a network of suppliers
- cooperate with other internal departments
