Omalbykomal is a growing e-commerce business specializing in party wear clothing for young females.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a HR Manager for who is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development. The HR Manager will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigating and resolving complaints and conflicts.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus programs.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files.
  • Manage and coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
