Overview:
The Entry-Level Adminstrative Clerk performs general office duties and supports broader servicing efforts in the collections department. This team member has contact with other Company departments, Vendors and outside agencies.
**Projected start date for this opening is begining of mid June.**

Responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES
- Update customer information in a database.
- Type in data quickly and efficiently.
- Search for and verify information contained in files.
- Input text-based and numerical information from source documents
- Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
- Provide occasional administrative support.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- 0-2 years of monetary and/or regulatory processing experience preferred
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced office environment
- Strong focus on providing quality service to internal and external customers
- Work a flexible schedule including extended business hours, weekends and holidays
- Subject to daily service level requirements
- Must be able to deal with stressful office conditions while troubleshooting problems
