ESSENTIAL J! OB FUNCTIONS
- Create and maintain a 5-star service environment.
- Comply with organization, department and regulatory standards.
- Direct the operations of the facility.
- Plan and direct the management of facility staff.
- Ensure sound fiscal operations.
- Develop and implement philosophies and policies for the facility.
- Develop, implement and monitor quality control and performance improvement activities.
EDUCATION
- Masters degree in healthcare administration or related degree preferred.
- Seven years experience as an executive in the health care field.
- Strong leadership and management skills required.
- Must possess thorough knowledge of the internal operations and administrative methods of a hospital.
- Excellent time management and oral and wri! tten communication skills required.
