Excellent mid-level staff will be on hand to provide support, there are two Nurse Practitioners and two Physician Assistants. Ideal candidate will be a local provider with an active Tennessee medical license in hand and is fellowship trained and board certified. Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
ASAP - Ongoing
15 to 30 Adult Patients Per Day
Board Certification Required.
