Sales, Business Manager- Surgery- (Mid South)

Philips Healthcare is seeking a top performing, sales professiona! l with a successful track record to join our Surgery sales team for this challenging opportunity!

The Business Manager- Surgery will have territory responsibility for parts of 2 Regions-Mid-South and half of VA/KY/OH Region

. Candidate must be willing to travel and live near a major airport.

Your Challenge:
You will be challenged to deliver results by driving business while building and maintaining effective relationships with the customer at all levels in the buying organization, and primarily with key practitioners and c-level executives. Act as primary customer relationship manager for assigned Philips products in assigned modalities.

Your Responsibilities:
Represent Philips and manage the relationship with customers. Create, develop, and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of the buying organization. Work with cross-functional teams internally to satisfy customer needs. Achieve targets for orders ! and revenue within assigned modalities. Maintain funnel tool o! n a weekly basis

  • Meet or exceed financial targets for orders, revenue, and mix
  • Obtain clean orders at the best possible price realization. Support implementation of Philips pricing objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and build sales funnel on a weekly basis across assigned products, and assigned accounts and departments, showing all near and long term customer opportunities, per Philips established metrics.
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly order and revenue intake and volume
Your Team:
  • The Business Manager, Surgery reports to the National Sales Director, Surgery.
  • You will support Region Sales Managers.
  • You will be required work effectively with peers and functional managers across the organization as a team to accomplish goals, including interaction with Marketing.
  • Provide necessary modality specific training within the region as required.
  • Coordinate activitie! s including demos/trials and presentations as required to create brand preference
  • Participate in pre-installation process as required to ensure success

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8+ years of successful relevant clinical and/or sales experience in capital equipment medical sales
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant modality sales experience
  • Ability to understand, convey, and teach others the technical aspects and value propositions of the spec! ific assigned products.
  • Proficient computer skills: Outlook, E! xcel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer
